You can return or Exchange your ordered items always.

Roadmap Exchange and return
If you want to return or Exchange an item? We ask you to follow these steps so that we can handle your return as correctly as possible.
1. Please notify our customer service that you want to send an item return.
2. you will receive by email a confirmation of your request.
3. You send us a completed withdrawal form.

4. on receipt of your shipment, Kartingshop.nl sends an acknowledgement via email.
5. Labeldiscounter.com (if in stock) or deposit the purchase price within 14 business days, depending on your wish.
However, there are some conditions:
- Contact customer service within 14 days of receipt.
-The product must not be used or damaged; and noof wear and tear.
-You send the item back at their own expense.
-The return amount is within 14 working days will be refunded on the specified bank account.
-The costs for returns are at your own expense unless the product is defective or damaged is to no fault of your own.

Kartingshop.nl is not responsible for getting rid of return shipments or damage during the transport. Always for a good Pack.
When after contact with our customer service, you can send the parcel return, franking the than enough.
My order has arrived damaged. What do I do now?
When you are on the outside of the package already can see a damage, take the product and ask the delivery person or not to make mention of here.
When the package has already adopted and later find out that the package is damaged, please check whether there is damage to one of the products. If this is the case, take it as soon as possible after detection contact our customer service using the contact page. We'll let you know as soon as possible or we replace the product or that it must be resolved in a different way.
If you theproduct return, we will send by e-mail a return form. This return form you can add the return package, so that we know that the article came from you and have all the relevant information on the return.
After opening the package, I discovered a damage to my products!
When you have found a damaged product, please contact our customer service via the contact page or email. Then as soon as possible we will let you know if we can replace the product or that it can be solved in a different way.
