Exchanges and Returns

You can always exchange or return your ordered items.

RETURNS

We will exchange the item or refund the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs) within 14 working days, depending on your wishes.

However, some conditions apply:

- Register a return within 14 days of receipt.

- The product must not have been used or damaged; and show no signs of use.

- You return the item at your own expense.

- Any shipping costs paid will not be refunded unless the product is defective or damaged through no fault of your own.

- The return amount will be refunded to the bank account you specified within 14 working days.

- The costs for returns are for your own account unless the product is defective or damaged through no fault of your own.

Kartingshop.nl is not liable for lost shipments or damage during return transport. Therefore, always make sure you have good packaging.

If, after contacting our Customer Service, it appears that you can return the package, please postage sufficiently.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do now?
If you can already see damage on the outside of the package, do not accept the product and ask the delivery person to report this immediately.

If you have already accepted the package and later discover that the packaging is damaged, check whether there is any damage to any of the products. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible via the contact page. We will then let you know as soon as possible whether we can replace the product or whether it needs to be resolved in another way.

If you wish to return the product, we will send a returns form by email. You can add this returns form to the return package, so that we know that the item came from you and that we have all relevant information regarding the return shipment.

After opening the packaging I discovered damage to my products!
If you have discovered damage to the product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via the contact page or email. We will then let you know as soon as possible whether we can replace the product or whether it can be resolved in another way.
