Exchange and Return
You can always exchange or return your ordered items.
Do you have questions about the possibility of exchanging or returning your product? Then please contact our customer service.
You can create the return via the link below;
We will exchange the item (if in stock) or refund the purchase amount within 14 working days, depending on your wishes.
However, some conditions apply:
- Register a return within 14 days of receipt.
- The product must not have been used or damaged; and show no signs of use.
- You return the item at your own expense.
- The return amount will be refunded to the bank account specified by you within 14 working days.
- The costs for return shipments are for your own account unless the product is defective or damaged through no fault of your own.

Kartingshop.nl is not liable for the loss of shipments or damage during return transport. Therefore, always ensure good packaging.
If, after contacting our Customer Service, it turns out that you can return the package, then post it sufficiently.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do now?
If you can already see damage on the outside of the package, do not accept the product and ask the delivery person to report this immediately.
If you have already accepted the package and later find out that the packaging is damaged, check whether there is any damage to one of the products. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Service via the contact page as soon as possible after finding it. We will then let you know as soon as possible whether we can replace the product or whether it needs to be solved in another way.
If you want to return the product, we will send you a return form by e-mail. You can add this return form to the return package, so that we know that the item comes from you and have all relevant information about the return shipment.
After opening the packaging I discovered damage to my products!
If you have discovered a damage to the product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via the contact page or email. We will then let you know as soon as possible whether we can replace the product or whether it can be solved in another way.
