Delivery of your order.

Our orders are delivered within the Netherlands by UPS and PostNL.

Outside the Netherlands we work with DPD and UPS.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track and trace link by email. With this link you can follow the shipping process of your order and see where your order is in the delivery process. PostNL does not deliver packages heavier than 12 kilos to a PO Box address. We therefore recommend that you do not use a PO box address with a large order, but a regular address.

It is possible that, after clicking on the track and trace link, you will receive the following message: 'No shipments were found for this combination' (this is the combination of the package number and the zip code where the order must be delivered) . This notification can be caused because PostNL/DPD/UPS has not yet processed the shipment. In that case, you can request the status of your order later that day.
